Eugen Klein
Eugen Klein is the Principal of Royal Le Page Sussex Klein Group. With over 20 years of experience in real estate investment and land acquisition, Eugen has brokered many large-scale and complex commercial transactions.
The B.C. native started his career after he graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of British Columbia. He founded the Klein Group in 1999, which is now an industry leading real estate brokerage in Vancouver.
Upon founding Klein Group, he worked to create an industry leading group that has represented buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords in both commercial and residential real estate. Klein Group was recognized as #13 across Canada and #1 in Vancouver amongst brokerage teams in Canada by Royal LePage.
In addition to his real estate practice, Eugen serves on a number of for-profit and not-for-profit corporate boards. He has served on each level of organized real estate: regional, provincial and national. Serving as President of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV) in 2012/2013, he acted as Chair of the Board and media spokesperson for the organization comprising of 11,800 REALTORS®.
Dean Thomas
In his early years, Dean Thomas eagerly followed the progression of raw land from concept to development, all the way through to final completion. Investment real estate grew from a curiosity to a passion as he continued his academic studies in eastern Canada. His formal education was completed in Champlain College in St. Lambert Quebec where he attained a DEC in Commerce.
After 25 years of brokerage, he refined his skills and has been specializing in land assembly and development site sales. Over his extensive career in real estate, Dean has sold over 10,000,000 square feet of buildable land. Dean has completed substantial transactions with Westbank, Smart Centres, Rio Can, Cadillac Fairview, Ivanhoe Cambridge, and Polygon to name a few. He brings a wealth of knowledge and relationships to the table.
Amir Kamyab-Nejad
For anyone who knows Amir Kamyab-Nejad, the first thing they note is the extraordinary range and depth of his intellect and skills set, not to mention his forecasting abilities and great work ethic – all of which he has brought to bear in successfully guiding his developer and investor clients through various markets since 2012.
Amir has an Engineering degree and a Management of Technology MBA from Simon Fraser University, He is one of those relatively rare individuals who combines holistic thinking and creativity with an engineer’s precise attention to detail. He not only sees the big picture, but can provide exhaustive, razor-sharp analysis of complex issues and challenges, in the process synthesizing effective solutions from multiple disciplines and perspectives.
Prior to working in real estate, Amir worked in the high-tech industry at ST-Ericson in Belgium. In addition, since 2014 he has applied his excellent research, writing and presentation skills to creating and teaching a series of highly popular Continuing Education classes at SFU on the history and culture of Ancient Near East.
